AN ARMY OF ALIENS IN A "BUS"

One night in mid-September 1971, Juan Rodriguez Dominguez, 80, was guarding a melon farm owned by a lieutenant general of infantry, called "Los Lunarejos" in Aznalcóllar (Sevilla).
About 10:00 pm, Juan, came into the village, very nervous and very scared. He told his neighbors that "something" very big, like a bus, had landed in the field. At that time, he believed that the beings sent him a mental command (telepathy) to leave the place. He did so, fleeing in fear to the village. THE DISTORTION THEORY

In recent decades there has been no significant progress in the understanding of the UFO phenomenon, and particularly in some of the most confusing and perplexing as aspects are, for example, close encounters. THE DISTORTION THEORY 
For some years we have developed a complex hypothesis, but in the simple background, it can bring a new approach to the mystery of UFOs, based on many of the works by famous researchers as Vallee, John Keel, Grosso, Salvador Freixedo, etc. . This is the theory of distortion. This hypothesis holds that an unknown foreign agent uses the psyche of the witness, "connecting" with her main source of documentation and reference for the "manufacture" of the contents and elements that come together in close encounters with UFOs exist. WHEN FLYING SAUCERS CAME FROM "RUSSIA"

For many years the UFO phenomenon presented numerous variations on the typology of the "flying saucers"  and the appearance of crew members demonstrated an evolution in its manifestations, parallel to the development of our technology, culture and civilization.

It is clear that the first years of research is very different from that compiled at present. For example, after the sixties decade, UFO crews have not been, generally, described with spacesuits and breathing apparatus. That descriptive base has declined considerably. 

This change reflects that the intelligences behind the UFO phenomenon adapts to the technology of the time to create their appearances, according to the theory of Distortion, where UFOs are simply created by the "imagination" of witnesses and therefore their appearance depends on the "oneric creativity" of the observer.

The external agent uses psychic material included in the unconscious of the witness, to make its "alien visitation," and depending on the observer's cultural wealth, studies, literature, film, et cetera, stored in his psyche, the witness is able to, in sympathy with the external agent, build a close encounter with more or less detail.

Here is an example; one of the first cases of a UFO close encounter:





On June 17th, 1950, Oscar Linke, 48, and his daughter, Gabriel, 11, returning that night to the town of Hasselbach (located in Germany, and controlled by the USSR) had to stop  when their motorcycle had a flat tire.  The beings seemed to be examining the area and one of them was seen picking something up from the ground. 


 

Near the two humanoids was a circular object, pink, with a diameter of approximately 15 meters. At its periphery were two rows of slots 30 centimeters in diameter, separated by about 45 cm. At its top, in the center, was a cylindrical, black tower protruding about 3 meters.



The two humanoids rose on one side of the object and when inside the cylinder, it began to vibrate. The row of slots began to shine and the edge started to spin.  The tower appeared at the bottom then and the object lifted off the ground.  "From the swirling effect of the glowing Linke got the impression of a spinning top." As the engine seemed to increase, the cylindrical tower appeared again at the top. 
It made a whistling sound like a bomb falling, but somewhat softer.  From the the hull, along the edge, emerged red and green flames, like a jet.  After gaining some height, the object moved parallel to the ground.  The witness claimed: "It moved faster than any fighter he had seen and made a terrible roar."  The object flew in the direction of Stockheim [Germany]. A shepherd named Georg Derbost, at a distance of one mile or mile and a half, said he had seen what he thought “was a comet [that] bounced off the earth.”  An anonymous worker from a nearby sawmill, described it as a "comet" flying low.  When Linke examined the site of the landing, he found a depression in the ground, which had been made by the tower that raised the landed object off the ground.

Nearby there appeared a piece of land with grain crushed in a strange way, perhaps by effect of the propulsion of the artifact.  The witness told the press that he had never heard of flying saucers until he escaped from East Germany. Linke always thought that the object was made in Russia and he feared reprisals for having seen a secret test of some kind of secret weapon.
 In fact, the very appearance of the object, as well as the costumes of the riders, fit the idea of
a prototype of Soviet origin. 
 The jet propulsion, with flames and noise, obviously a rudimentary technology for an alleged alien spacecraft, reveals that the “elements” used a manufacturing experience dredged from the psyche of the witness.  The scene of the sighting, East Germany, took place where the oppressive Russian presence intimidated all its inhabitants.
 This case has interesting similarities to many incidents that occurred in the decade of the 50s and 60s where the crews of flying saucers were described with an everyday human appearance and dressed as if they were test pilots.

Here is another interesting example of a close encounter with "Russian-like prototypes."

On July 20th, 1965 at 08:30 hours a Ramon Eduardo Pereyra, 38, was driving his furgontea by El Monte de los Curas (Villa Florida), 18 kilometers from Buenos Aires.
 It was raining slightly when he noticed an odd lighted parachute descending from the heavens.
 He stopped his vehicle and walked about 600 meters in the direction where the object had fallen.  On reaching the forest he found a egg-shaped artifact, about 2 meters in diameter, with the top formed of a transparent dome-like, "plastic material.”  The object had no wings or propellers, and it showed no visible  connections or rivets. The lower part had an appearance of steel, and the witness noticed two leaks on its sides.  Mr. Pereyra noted that the top of the artifact was the cockpit of the aircraft containing two anatomical seats, positioned back to back, against which there were panels with multiple colored lights of green, yellow and red. 
In one seat was a humanoid, wearing an adjusted, gray, lead-like suit with a hood over his head.





The "pilot" seemed not to notice the presence of the witness, who saw that the object was supported on two legs.  Mr. Pereyra walked about five meters into the forest at a distance of 30 meters from the aircraft, where he observed another humanoid, dressed in the same way as his colleague, but with the hood on his back.  The being was between 1.75 and 1.80 meters high, and stood next to a tree holding in his right hand a  piece of paper.  Around his neck hung large binoculars, and on his right leg, a military holster. 
He wore a belt with silver buckle, and had on short leather boots. He had blond, combed-back hair with a perfectly normal face, with strong features.


Without fear the witness walked up to the humanoid, who came quickly towards him. 
 When about two meters away, Pereyra asked if he needed something thinking that the "aircraft" was damaged.  The humanoid did not respond although the witness said, by the expression on his face, the being seemed annoyed by his presence in the area, and walked without a word to the object.  With his hand, the being touched the transparent dome that opened. He got in his seat, and the small artifact made a slight sound, like welding, from the two nozzles on the sides.  It slowly rose, vertically, while the legs retreated and then stopped about 20 meters above the treetops.  It then rose at high speed like a meteor.
 Like Oscar Linke, Pereyra says that mysterious object, appeared to be a terrestrial artifact under test, and by its appearance of the crew, a Russian creation. 
 Even in interviews as recent as 2001, at age 72, Ramon Pereyra is convinced that his close encounter was caused by a secret aircraft of human origin.

These cases demonstrate that the UFO phenomenon, via the external agent, uses the witnesses’ unconscious resources to elaborate on the experience, and represent the "close encounters" in a particular form, with a clear relation to the creative ability of the observer, all under the supervision and control of the external agent. So it would not be an intelligent and manipulative "control system" that determines its appearance depending on the era in which it manifests itself to humans, as advocated by some researchers, such as occurred during the exciting wave Air-Ship (1896/1897).  Simply we are dealing with a phenomenon of parasitic type, that can tune in and communicate with the psyche of the witnesses, and depending on a given concept (extraterrestrial visitation, Marian apparition, a creature cryptozoology, et cetera) is able to recreate (adjust) the scene and put it into operation, as if it were a theatrical performance, with a light oneiric "touch."  Somehow, the external agent depends on people's beliefs (faith) to form its manifestations.  Therefore, if the paradigm of "secret prototypes" (Russian, German or American, for example)  would have been more present in the global consciousness, with a greater presence and popularization in the mass media, it would have presented a better theory accepted by most researchers (as occurred in the case with the Air-Ship).
 It is likely that close encounters with the appearance human pilots, ordinarily dressed, would have increased, exponentially, in number during the past decades, instead of such incidents beginning to disappear in the seventies. 
 The popularity and influence of the extraterrestrial theory and its importance in film, television, literature, et cetera (that allowed its unstoppable incursion in the popular imaginary), show that other-worldly aliens were the undisputed protagonists of close encounters.
 It is very probable that the content of close encounters (type of flying saucer, aspect of the crew, humanoid behavior, et cetera) is not premeditated in advance before contact occurs between the witness and the external agent.

The development of the experience is "improvised" based on the creativity of the witness, minute by minute. However, the process of the encounter, while variable, is relative to the unconscious material residing in the mind of the witness.

DISTORTION THEORY: RELOAD...

Surprisingly researchers have not given importance to the possible involvement of witnesses in UFO events. But when we search for knowledge, culture and beliefs of them discovered some clues that can help us clarify many issues presented in UFO close encounters. Most elements and the "aesthetic" of the experience, physiognomy of the crew, "flying saucer" appearance, actions of the occupants, etc., we find, as utlined in the psyche of witnesses: a military sees armed humanoids as soldiers, a lover of Egyptology seen a UFO as a pyramid, an engineer received technical explanations of the operation of the flying saucer, etc.

 What happens is that these unconscious ingredients are displayed before the eyes of the observer in a distorted form (which gives its name to the theory) that they are not getting recognized as their own. The mechanism operated for the creation and development of close encounters is similar to the process that we experience when we dream (we call Creation Oneiric). Although many find patterns that might suggest that we are facing a phenomenon of psychological origin, also discovered other factors that indicate conclusively the existence of a much more complex and unknown to humans phenomenon. One point that would indicate the existence of an "extern agent" is that many  singularities are shared by witnesses despite not having any link or communication between them . Interestingly many times the UFO occupants are described with "objects" (sticks, guns, balls, etc.) in their hands throwing light rays unsuspecting observers, or, failing that, it is the very "spaceship "which emits these beams which usually immobilize or inconvenience witnesses not approaching the scene being observed.

In addition to this omnipresent characteristic in almost all close encounters, there are other factors that seem to indicate the presence of shared common elements inexplicably. Most of the stories of close encounters show easily assimilated very simple arguments for any observer (called Recognizable basic archetypes) in countless incidents alleged aliens engaged in taking soil samples, or repair your flying saucer, or establish a insubstantial communication (ask for water, ask "where we are", etc.).

 These findings and the keys specified above form the core of the Distortion Theory, we could summarize in the existence of an unknown "extern agent" that interacting with the mind of the witness for the construction of the UFO experiences in a "Creation Shared Mental ". The human psyche, in line with this unknown operator brings unconscious form, details and inherent and private elements that make their experiences, unique and transferable experiences. Therefore, close encounters are just the result and outcome of development or staging of a same repetitive patterns (damage, exploration, light beams, etc.) "adapted" and "molded" with the knowledge of witnesses .The clearer  example  to understand for the Distortion Theory is that of a teacher (in the role of "extern age") request to his students (who would be our potential witnesses) prepare a narrative or story containing the following elements: a forest, goblins and a treasure. Although all start from the same creative base, the development would be different from one student to another depending on the imagination and the same culture (TV, film literature, comics, etc.). Some narrate a fable with an army of valiant and stout elves and others on the contrary would write only about a lonely, shy and tiny pixie.

And in this way our UFO close encounters operating, offering infinite variations of a model that changes over the years. Therefore it is not the phenomenon itself, which adapts to the society it manifests itself, if not that is the intellectual wealth of the witnesses making progress observed structures of paradigm, itself.Despite all this, we are not suggesting that encounters with UFOs and their crews are limited to the imaginary universe. Quite the opposite. Distortion theory states that the "extern agent" is able to "produce" sometimes "Ephemeral matter" to give some sightings and corporeality for reinforce the belief that it is an "real" phenomena and "physical" outside the witness.  Although the evidence left by our visitors are so elusive subtlety (burns, holes, stains, footsteps, etc.) that makes appearances remain very difficult to believe for most people. But we can go further. If we dissect the type of trails and tracks that often leave visitors from space, they coincide perfectly with the kind of evidence that anyone could assume in advance that could leave a spacecraft, from ordinary injury from leaks, to stains oil or radioactivity therefore these traces do not stop being human concepts distortions. It is also important to note that close encounters can be observed by more than one person as the "outsider" recreates the scene basically in two ways; 1. Using a "holographic projection" (devoid of matter). This would explain countless episodes where UFO landings leave no trace after passing, although the terrain should be like or when, for example, these objects or their crews go through obstacles without difficulty, like ghostly apparitions. 2. By a gifted scene matter where humanoids, ship and observed objects are apparently physical and tangible (material Efímera).

But beyond the temporal existence, bounded in time and space phenomenon recreated for the occasion, nothing perceived, felt, or touched during the demonstration has a real, physical and continuous stay in our three-dimensional universe. Distortion theory explains one of the hallmarks par excellence of the UFO phenomenon and to date considered an unfathomable enigma; Absurdity Factor present in almost all of the UFO events (absurd behavior of visitors, mundane elements embedded inside flying saucers, components and delusional traits both in terms of UFOs and the physiognomy of the crew, etc. .). Distortion Theory suggests that these incoherent elements integrated into the experience, are totally special or transcendental significance as some researchers argue, beyond the creative / artistic value provided by the witness himself during shared mental creation sponsored and controlled by the agent external. Therefore these incoherent elements integrated within the next few experiences with UFOs and their occupants, and that some ufologists is a "seal" of authenticity to these events, are exclusively the result of a similar dream where images process and the feelings are intertwined and so iconographic submitted independently to be logical or consistent, as their role is limited to expressing a dream language by the human unconscious.

We also have to consider, following the premises of the theory of distortion, leave the Close Encounters of a mental origin, where the psyche of the witness is the subject of a similar altered states of consciousness process, and therefore the perception time can undergo significant alterations, as described and studied in numerous sightings. This fresh look of the UFO phenomenon sheds light on one of the most puzzling aspects that have intrigued researchers of half the world; why the apparitions of the “flyers saucers” and the occupants had been anticipated, so astonishing, by various works of science fiction (literature, film, comics, TV, etc.). Obviously all this material was already part of the unconscious contents of the witnesses before they could his encounter.

AMAZING ENCOUNTER IN BRAZIL

On October 2, 1968, in the city of Lins (Brazil), Toribio Pereira, 41, worked with his tractor. About 06:00 am, while he checking the oil level of the vehicle, he was surprised to see a strange artifact floating near the ground.

From a higher position and about 8 meters away, he observed that it was a golden, oval shaped object, on top of which there was a clear dome. Inside the disk were four chairs and a strange instrument panel. The object measured about five meters long and three meters high. Pereira was afraid and nervous in the presence of that rare occurrence. He then saw four beings, 1.60 meters tall and human-like.  The humanoids were almost identical to each other, very beautiful and with faces that reminded him of children. They wore a blue robes that covered their heads and bodies, with a “kind of red skirt” on the bottom. They wore brown sandals with straps rolled up near the knee. One of the humanoids was inside the object, carrying an object resembling a "power drill.” Three of the beings were examining the aircraft. One of them, using a "silver spade" was digging in the ground, while the other two approached Pereira  and examined the engine of his tractor. The humanoid inside the object watched the witness, as he or it typed on a horizontal panel like a piano. Then this humanoid while staring at Pereira, "shot" him with his weapon -- a luminous ball hit Pereira in the stomach. The witness felt a sharp, excruciating pain in the belly and became completely paralyzed, though he could still see and hear.

 

Gradually the humanoids returned to the object and took their seats. The object rose slowly and without a sound, disappeared at high speed in a few seconds. Then Pereira’s belly pain began to recede and he went in search of help. On the way he met a friend, Ismael, a truck driver. Toribio Pereira was very weak and tired, had a dark circles under his eyes and was pale. Due to his state of nerves, he was examined by Dr. Antonio Geris, who found nothing abnormal in the patient.

Pereira went home, where he had several crying spells. Later he was transferred by the army to a undetermined Brazilian military base where he remained for three days, being medicated and interrogated several times about what happened.

Brazilian investigators believe the object possibly belonged to the military COMAR IV - IV Regional Air Command, of St. Paul, who at that time had a UFO research group, the SIOANI - Air System Research which unidentified objects-, commanded by Brigadier Mayor Joseph Vaz da Silva. In the week after his incident Toribio Pereira lost almost seven kilos of weight.

In this incident, some omnipresent elements are repeated in the close encounters investigated in other similar encounters: an object landing in a field and the use of "stun rays." 
Certainly, the absurd dress of the crew, including "Roman-like sandals" are due to an effect produced by distortion, a very personal contribution "added" to the psyche of a witness who, perhaps, had seen such apparel in film, on television actors or Carnival.

It's a ridiculous detail in an alleged encounter with extraterrestrials that the crew of a flying saucer is dressed in a manner so unreasonable. This particular detail is absurd, It would be considered an impenetrable enigma by some researchers, just a mere circumstantial aspect of the experience, the result of the interaction of the human mind in constructing the items: utensils, clothing, footwear, etc.  

The internal mechanism used by the “external agent” in the manufacture of close encounters, usually is the same, but each witness develops the experience uniquely, depending on their particular oneiric mind-set.

But at the bottom of the incidents we always find the same factors over and over again.

THE VOGHENZA ARMED HUMANOIDS AND LITTLE " SPACE SOLDIERS" IN MALAYSIA

The Distortion theory suggests that most of the material contained in a close encounter experience emerges from the individual unconscious of witnesses, being able to take elements of the collective human mind (collective unconscious and archetypes).

Everything flows (drift) from the interaction (channeling) of the psyche of the witness with an unknown external agent. The participation of an independent external agent is confirmed by the incorporation of certain aspects of the experiences that are common to hundreds of incidents.

For example, humanoids shoot flashes of light to the witnesses, independent of their appearance, tall, short, humans, monsters, et cetera.

What is disconcerting about close encounters is that humanoids of radically different physical aspects behave in the same manner, with "tools" (a light in hand); they are dedicated to explore the ground and surroundings, collect samples, but never leave tangible evidence that can be analyzed of their numerous visits.

Also, as noted, they shoot rays of light at the witnesses. That uniform behavior, in cases of different "alien" appearances; shapes, sizes and colors, into  experiences that stand out as having various incoherent elements, indicates that our unconscious chooses to conform to these external aspects of experience (with information from TV, science fiction, comics, movies, et cetera.), with an external agent adding the "common elements.”

Moreover, the existence of physical traces on the ground or on the witness indicates that the external agent is capable of providing "material" to an experience more typical of dreaming than reality.

Emulating a film director, the external agent is able to maintain a "homogeneous" screenplay somewhat consistent with the logic of the dream world creating a scene that represents extraterrestrial visitation, "eliminating" and "censoring "any unconscious material that may hinder or divert the basic objectives of the experience.

The external agent uses only the most useful elements from the unconscious to shape the theatrical representation in the form of "flying saucer" along with the garb of the humanoid, their physical appearance, height, behavior, et cetera.

And depending on the imaginative capacity of the witness and unconscious resources (literature, comics, movies, et cetera) the experience contains more or less detail.

The theory of Distortion proposes an interesting equation: if we know many details of the witness  (analyzing his personality and knowledge, studies, hobbies, and so on), we can guess what kind of UFO experiences the witness has been familiar with.

And contrary, knowing the details of a close encounter, we can discover what aspects allow the witness to live this experience.

In this way we can trace the origin of certain details of the experiences that seem incoherent or anachronistic. Probably all these absurd elements in close encounters are latent in the unconscious of the witness, which good research certainly would find.

In the following case, from Italy in 1951, but divulged in 1978, we can see many of the features observed in the humanoids that were reflected in the cover of a U.S. science fiction magazine published in 1957. Without having a connection between one event and another, the similarities are striking, and can be explained because that in the collective imagination would be contained (stored) all the "ingredients" of science fiction (helmets, spacesuits, antennas, equipment-contained breathing apparatus, ray guns, et cetera) necessary for such encounters to sprout.  But all these elements are combined and distorted by the very psyche of the witness, using their own “oneiric creativity.”

In Voghenza (Voghiera, Ferrara) on August 14, 1951 at 13:00 pm, H. B., a farmer and construction worker of 57 years, performing maintenance work in the local cemetery felt an intense heat wave on his back at the same time he heard a strange noise.
Turning around he observed a huge a bright metallic object about 6 meters in diameter falling from the sky.



The artifact was elongated with a dome on top and several vertical fins. There were several round, blue windows. In the center was a ring-spinning dome. The lower part had the shape of a funnel and was motionless. At low speed, the craft landed about fifty meters from the witness, supporting itself on three telescopic legs emerging from its base. Two side doors opened showing two staircases. Six humanoids of about 1.20 meters in height emerged.They wore bright white one-piece suits and wore boots which reached to the knees.

 At their waists they wore belts with a green, elongated lens.  On their heads they had helmets of transparent material from which protruded three antennas, two on each side and one in the center.
On the back was a “packet” from which emerged a tube joined to the helmet below the chin.
The arms of the humanoids were very long in relation to the body. They carried long objects in their hands that seemed to be some kind of weapon like a shotgun.

As they approached the witness, he could see more details of the face of beings. The facial features were simian-like. The elongated head had high cheekbones and round blue eyes, The skin was white.  (One appeared to be the "boss" of the group and had a red-colored beard.) The rest of their heads were covered with a dark material. One of the humanoids pointed the carried object at the witness and fired a "flash" of light.

H.B. was so scared but he did not attempt to flee, and the "light" did not cause any apparent damage. The "boss" made a friendly gesture with his hand, and the witness returned the greeting, The humanoid nodded. Suddenly, all the humanoids returned to the aircraft. A pink flame appeared from the lower funnel, the object is rose vertically at high speed, and in two seconds was out of sight. A cemetery worker watched the flight of a blinding light. Marks were left in a field by the landing: a circle of burnt grass with soil devoid of vegetation about seven meters in diameter.

Several incidents that Ahmad Jamaludin presented in MUFON UFO Journal, No. 141, took place in November 1979, in Malaysia. One of the incidents contains the elements described in multiple close encounters, including the Voghenza landing. In this incident, the imagination of the children involved added a tunic decorated with stars, on a small humanoid. The use of a tiny "ray gun" by the humanoid produced, once again, paralyzing effects. One child had paralysis of his right arm. Jamaludin narrateds this incident thusly; "Occurred on August 19th, 1970, near the playground of the Stowell Primary School in Bukit Mertajam. Eyewitnesses claimed that they saw five, 3-inch tall humanoids march in a military fashion down the gangplank of a miniature flying saucer into the schoolyard. Four of the beings wore identical blue uniforms while the fifth, who carried himself with the aura of one who seemed to be in charge, wore a bright yellow tunic decorated with stars and had a pair of “horns” or antennas on his head. At first the unusual entities seemed to ignore the onlookers and proceeded to climb a nearby tree where they erected an “aerial-like device” in its branches. The purpose of this device or even if it was recovered were facts that remain frustratingly unrecorded. In no time a cluster of six boys advanced on the unexpected guests. The bravest of the bunch, one K. Wigneswaran, made a grab for the garishly clothed leader, but the alien astronauts were quick to defend themselves and wasted no time in drawing their “tiny laser pistols” and opening fire on the inquisitive children. The kids scattered in a panic and once the hubbub died down Wigneswaran would discover a scar on his thigh where he had been hit by the laser pistol."

CLOSE ENCOUNTERS: COLLATERAL DAMAGE

SHOOTING AT A TRACTOR

UFO cases where witnesses have close encounters with a UFO and reportedly have suffered serious physical injuries after an approach or interaction with the UFO. In the seventies there were two incidents of this kind in Spain. On the afternoon of July 17, 1975, Emiliano Velasco, 49, was working with his John Deere tractor in a small field of Pedrosa del Rey (Valladolid). Everything was as usual until a strange high-pitched sound warned him of the presence of a strange aircraft in the air, hovering a few inches above the soil. It was a "thing" that he had never seen before. The object had a rare shape and circled the tractor.  It was shaped like a tin can (cylinder) and the top had a "hat" (beret) tilted to one side. It had two windows, sunk into the structure and a metallic belt surrounding the object.

It had a multitude of antennae arranged in a fan shape. According to the witness the device was about 2.5 to 3 meters high by 2.5 wide, was larger than the tractor and had an aluminum-like appearance, but shinier than aluminum. It hovered only about 50 cm or 70 cm above the soil. Although Emiliano Velasco continued his work, although the object's presence greatly worried him. The most curious thing is that at every turn the tractor made, the object approached the tractor, so after completing the second turn, the object was at a distance of 10 meters, and after about 30 minutes the device just over 3 meters away from the witness.

As the "buzz" grew louder, the tractor seemed to lose power. Then the device dazzled the witness with a flash of light shot from the center of the object. A few minutes later the witness saw another "flash" and heard a noise like a whistle and a left front glass on the tractor suffered a small tear. It seemed like a shot of a small bullet. The witness left the place scared and went to the barracks of the Guardia Civil (military police). The patrol found that the glass of the tractor had a hole about five millimeters in diameter without showing the usual radial cracks that appear whenever a crystal is broken. What could have caused that tiny hole?

Remnants of the hypothetical projectile was searched for searched by the Guardia Civil on the scene, but the results were negative. The GC proceeded to remove the glass, in order to carry out a thorough analysis. The first analysis determined that the element that caused the perforation had penetrated the rear of the tractor cab, just below the left arm of Emiliano Velasco. The officials responsible for the investigation found that there were no fingerprints or any traces of that artifact.
But there were other notable anomalies. In the GC camp was a researcher, J. J. Benitez. Examining the tractor showed that its engine revs soared, inexplicably, from 2,000 to 2,500 rpm, and in that area was a rectangle of about 12 meters long and 6 meters wide. The research group "Charles Fort" interviewed the witness and noted that: "After the observation, Velasco’s relatives noticed a change in his character that caught their attention; he was anxious, worried, had less interested in work and even fearful of returning to the farm field.
Afflicted by various symptoms, a report, provided by a physician, indicated a centric vision loss and hearing loss. The physician authorized a grant application and recommended that Velasco get some rest. In addition, the Charles Fort group found, through its president, Antonio Felices, that a 22 mm caliber projectile, the smallest he could find, caused, from 10 metros away, a hole of 3 cm in diameter in glass, almost three times the size of the 5 mm hole caused during by the alleged UFO. With these first tests, the group ruled out the possibility, suggested by a few people, that the hole was due to one of the GC shells conventional firearms.
In this regard, chemist Dr. Francisco Javier and Jesus Gil Marin also did not found metallic debris in drilling glass, which could help identify the type of projectile that caused the incident. And no anomalous readings were obtained with a Geiger counter. The researcher, Ángel del Pozo, author of "The Crypt Sealed" added: "In the medical examinations that was later performed, Velasco had significant deafness, double vision, decreased visual [acuity] and left side hemiplegia (paralysis on one side of the body). Some lesions became worse with the passage of time until they finally reached its tragic denouement: Emiliano died on June 8, 1978. The diagnosis was clear: "A progressive brain tumor complicated by cervical osteoarthritis." The witness died 34 months after his disturbing encounter.



BALLISTIC STUDY

If the hole produced in the glass of the window of the tractor was made by some type of projectile (a conventional bullet), such a shot would have thrown the witness backward toward the UFO.
For this report, we have reconstructed a likely route (red line) that the tiny projectile followed after it was allegedly launched from the UFO until it hit the glass (tractor).
The images show that the "shot" was executed with great skill, because the small gap left by the left arm, supported on the tractor (yellow circle, pictured below right), left little room for error.



Also the top left image shows how close the alleged "bullet" came to hitting the leg of the witness.
It is clear that, if it really was a missile, it could have hurt the witness because it was a very risky shot considering that the tractor and the UFO were in motion.


THE METAL “TEAR”

Two years after the close encounter, only 18 kilometros away, there was another incident of similar characteristics. On the evening of October 1, 1977, Martin Rodriguez Rodriguez, 7 years old, was playing with friends around the town.







Together with Fernando Carabelos, Martin decided to hide in an old corral existing along National Highway-122. Before entering the abandoned site, Martin decided to throw a stone inside to see if anyone was there. After throwing a stone, a metallic sound echoed in the silence.
Upon entering, Martin and Fernando saw a metallic object that looked like teardrop, with several circular windows on top, from which rose a bluish-pink light.



The strange object was based on three thick legs, and at its center was a door divided into two, similar to the lifts [sic]. It was about 4 meters tall and 6 meters wide. The two boys were stunned by the object which emitted lights of different colors, as seen on the right side, and it had a set of metal tubes emanating from "gases.” After a few minutes, the object began to vibrate and rise slowly. At the center of the metal artifact, was a thin beam of light (laser), which projected into the stomach of Martin.


The witness felt paralyzed, dizzy, and lost consciousness. Following the departure of the UFO, a strong smell of sulfur was evident all over the place. Martin Rodriguez Rodriguez of 7 years was admitted to the hospital in a coma. He managed to overcome, but had vision loss and constant vomiting. He was diagnosed with cerebral aqueduct stenosis (hydrocephalus) and was operated on several times which saved his life. At present, some deep scars remain that are silent witnesses to the experience.


THE COINCIDENCE OF TWO INCIDENTS:

1 Distance between the two encounters: 18 km
2 Time between encounters: 2 years (1975-1977)
3 The two UFOs had the appearance of brilliant aluminum.
4 The two UFOs had bumps on the sides (exhaust-pipe, antennas)
5 They both projected beams of light.
6 The two witnesses suffered medical problems and brain damage after their observation
7 The diseases were detected after their observation, although it may be that the witnesses’ diseases were latent and these were activated by the UFO or simply unconnected.





EXPERTS' OPINIONS

The author of this report spoke with medical specialists who informed him that the two "diseases" could not have caused hallucinations, because of the "visual", “olfactory" and "auditory” symptoms described (their complexity). The doctors knew of no other hallucinatory symptoms of this nature and complexity. However, the doctors said that these diseases might or might not be related to the experiences reported by witnesses. While stressing the "coincidence" of the proximity of both incidents, their similarity and especially in such small populations (where UFO activity is practically zero), two people suffering the same physical consequences following a close encounter is at least strange.
